BOOKING FEE
The Booking fee of $ 50* is firm and is not subject to any variation except in the event of a change in the customers’ requirements. In this case a revised fee may be determined by negotiation between the customer and All4memories_booth. Please note that this is a non- refundable deposit unless your cancellation is 30 days prior or in the case of force majeure, all4memories_booth are not in a position to service your event.
Travel Fees may apply to events outside of the Perth metro areas at the complete discretion of All4memories_booth. These fees will be communicated to the customer when the location has been confirmed by the Client. Standard travel fees will apply at $10 per 5 kms.

DATE CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Any request for a date change must be made in writing at least thirty days in advance of the original event date. Change is subject to photo booth availability and receipt of a new booking confirmation. If there is no availability for the alternate date, the deposit shall be forfeited and event cancelled. Any cancellation will forfeit any deposit payment made or if no deposit made then $50 is due if outside the cooling off period. In the event that the Customer cancels the event without prior request to the provider, the customer agrees that they are liable for the full payment of the invoice.
PAYMENT
A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking a photo booth, the remaining balance is due 1 day prior to your event. If the operator uses the equipment for a time period in excess of the service period agreed to overleaf, the overage in rental time will be billed to the operator at the following rates: $100 per hour. Idle hours are charged at $40 per hour. Payment for any overage in time must be paid before additional hours are provided. Your deposit and all payments are non-refundable however we will move your hire date if required. Your final payment is non-refundable unless All4memories_booth do not provide a photo booth hire for you.
DAMAGE TO PROVIDER'S EQUIPMENT
Customer acknowledges that it shall be responsible for any damage or loss to the Provider's Equipment caused by any misuse of the Provider's Equipment by Customer or its guests. The Client is liable for any damage or theft to All4memories_booth’s equipment during the client’s event whether caused by the client, client’s guests or any other person in attendance at the event whether invited or not. Should such damage or theft occur, the cost to repair/replace the equipment will be charged to the client to be paid within 30 days of the event.
All4memories_booth reserves the right to deny service to any person in order to prevent damage to the equipment.
If circumstances arise where a threat or implied threat of harm, damage or violence to All4memories _booth staff or equipment, All4memories _booth reserves the right to cease providing services. If the client is able to resolve the threatening situation within 20 minutes, All4memories _booth will resume services. If the situation is unable to be resolved, All4memories _booth will not resume providing service and the client will receive no refund of booking cost.

USE OF IMAGES
The client gives permission for all photographs taken during the event to be used on All4memories_booth’s website and other promotional material on social media.
If you do not feel comfortable doing so, please let all4memories_booth know as this could agreed prior to the event.
INDEMNIFICATION
Customer agrees to, and understands the following:
a) Customer will indemnify provider against any and all liability related to Customer's Event during or after Customer's event. Customer will indemnify Provider from the time of service and on into the future, against any liability associated with Customer.
b) Customer will indemnify Provider against any and all liability associated with the use of pictures taken within the Photo Booth its representatives, employees or affiliates at Customer's event.
c) The video messaging, email, Facebook upload, and props are a free addition to the photo booth hire and if for any reason the free additions are not working or unavailable the customer is not entitled to a refund and accepts this.
d) In the unlikely event of your digital images being corrupt, lost or stolen All4memories_booth will compensate up to the total value of $150. Customer agrees to and understands the following: All guests using the photo booth hereby given to All4memories_booth: The right and permission to copyright and use, photographic portraits or pictures and email addresses of any photo booth. Customer will arrange for an appropriate space for the Photo Booth at event's venue. (2m x 2m' wide x 2m high). Customer is responsible for providing power for the Photo Booth for indoor and outdoor events unless special arrangements are made prior to your event.
e) The client agrees that in all circumstances, All4memories_booth’s liability is limited to an amount equal to the booking cost and not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
